The Core Participants in PARCON
The core group consists of representatives from no more than five universities,
industries, and national laboratories from each member country.
Presently, there are four member countries. Countries are added step-wise,
in a controlled progression in order to assure the maintenance of the
dialog upon which PARCON is founded.
